A B1 level certificate from the state exam is required for applying for a residence card and for submitting applications for Polish citizenship. Meanwhile, a C1 level certificate qualifies individuals to study at Polish universities under the same conditions as Polish citizens.
The certification exam in Polish as a foreign language is held 4 times a year.

- February 2-3, 2025: B1/B2 level for adults;
- April 12-13, 2025: B1/C1 levels for adults;
- June 21-22, 2025: B1/B2 levels for adults;
- November 15-16, 2025: B1/C1 levels for adults.
The exam consists of 5 parts:
- listening comprehension,
- reading comprehension,
- use of grammar,
- writing,
- speaking.
The waiting time to receive a certificate is about six months. The examination center takes approximately one month to review the exam papers. Afterward, the papers are audited by the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA). Once the audit is completed, the center can officially inform candidates of their results. We only charge a fee for the certificate from those who pass the exam. The certificate issuance process after the audit takes an additional 1.5 to 2 months. Unfortunately, as a school, we have no control over the duration of this process.
Preparing for the state exam in Polish as a foreign language requires an effective strategy. While self-study is an option, joining our course can significantly increase your chances of success. With our in-depth knowledge of the examination process, we are well-equipped to properly prepare students planning to make their lives in Poland.
The state exam is subject to a fee. The exam fee for adults is 150 euros for levels B1 and B2, and 180 euros for level C1. Additionally, the issuance of a certificate confirming the passing of the exam costs 20 euros.
To register for an exam at Together School, please fill out the preliminary registration form available on our website. After submitting the form, please wait for us to contact you. If spots are available, we will send you payment details and the deadline for making the payment. Please ensure you pay on time, as failure to do so within the specified period may result in the loss of your reservation for the exam. Students of our school have priority in registration. Your registration for the exam will only be confirmed after the payment has been made.
Registration for the certification exam closes one month before the scheduled exam date. After this deadline, it is not possible to register for the exam. Please ensure you register well in advance to secure your spot and avoid disappointment.
