These terms and conditions apply to all courses at Togeher school
Szkoła Języka Polskiego Together in a non-public continuing education provider as a non-school establishment. The school's curriculum is accredited by the Education Office. The school was given the right, by the Ministry of Education, to conduct the national Polish language certificate exam on B1, B2 and C1 levels. We are also a certified TELC exam centre.

The School provides group and individual classes with varying degree of intensity, both stationary and online.
The stationary classes take place at:

All classes are adequately equipped to conduct lessons. Lessons are conducted by qualified Polish language teachers with proper education. The teaching process is controlled by a Supervisor. The course programme is adjusted to the needs and level of the students.
Polish Language School Together follows the equality principle: all people regardless of their race, gender, nationality, religion, age or sexual orientation are treated with equal respect.
Registration for the course can be done: by phone; by filling out the registration form on the School's website; directly at one of the School's offices.
The registration form constitutes the basis for drawing up the Course Agreement, which, in addition to the Participant's data, includes the following information: course name, duration, number of hours, cost, and the terms of the Agreement itself.
Making the payment confirms and agrees to the conditions specified in the Agreement and the School's regulations presented.
When registering for courses at levels A2, B1, B2, and C1, the participant's language proficiency level is determined based on a test and a qualifying interview, or based on a certificate of completion of the previous level at the Together school or an international language diploma.
Information about the start of the course is communicated to Participants through telephone contacts or the email address provided by the course Participant upon concluding the Agreement.
In the event of providing incorrect contact numbers and/or email address, the School is not responsible for the late start of the course and missing classes.
By providing their contact details, the Participant agrees to receive informational-organizational correspondence (SMS, email).
The School reserves the right to use photos taken during classes for marketing purposes.
Groups are formed taking into account language level, age, and individual needs of the Participants. The average group size is 10 people.
A Participant signs up for and attends classes in one group at one level. Changing of a group is only possible with the School approval.
Classes do not take place during national holidays and public holidays.
The School reserves the right to change the schedule of classes or cancel classes only for reasons beyond its control (e.g., sudden illness of the teacher). Cancelled classes will be rescheduled. The cancellation of classes extends the duration of the course so that the number of conducted lessons corresponds to the School's offer. In the event of class cancellations, the Parties are obliged to agree on and approve a new schedule for the course.
Classes may be held outside the standard course schedule, provided all Participants and the Teacher agree.
The Participant has the right to cancel no more than 10% of classes per semester.
The Participant has the right to cancel classes up to 24 hours prior. Classes not canceled in this manner are considered as conducted.
In the event of force majeure circumstances that may limit the School's operation, regular classes will be moved to an online mode and conducted according to the class schedule.
The School reserves the right to dissolve a group and offer classes in another group at the same level if the number of Participants in the group is less than 4 people.
The School reserves the right to change the Teacher during the course.
Participants who pass the final test with at least 64% result, can continue to the next level.
The Participant has the right to submit their comments on the quality of services in writing or in a conversation with authorised representatives of the School. In the case of a written application, the deadline for considering the above statements is from 14 to 30 days.
The School requires punctuality, active participation in the course, and diligent, careful preparation for classes from the Participant.The Participant may not use a mobile phone or any other equipment disrupting the group's work during classes, nor behave contrary to the norms of social coexistence.
The School reserves the right to expel the Participant from the School without the right to compensation in case of a gross violation of the School's rules, especially in cases of aggression, physical action against another Participant, lecturer, or School employee, acts of vandalism, or theft.
Each participant has the right to retake a negative test (below 64%) once, free of charge. The retake date must be agreed upon with the Teacher and the School's Office.
Changing the course level to a higher or lower one after classes have started is possible in justified cases, with the School's representatives' consent.
One academic hour lasts forty-five minutes.
Each course consists of regular lessons and additional classes: phonetics, language workshops, conversation clubs, and city walks with a guide. Participants only pay for regular classes. The additional sessions are provided as a bonus upon purchasing the course.
The School reserves the right to adjust the schedule for additional sessions. Online course usage is possible provided the user has a system with a graphical web browser and internet access.
Information about the current prices at the time of registration is available in the current price list at Together schools or on the website www.together.edu.pl.
The course fee cannot be changed during the course of study.
The course fee does not include the cost of textbooks.
From the moment of registration for the course, the Participant receives an Agreement with confirmation of payment and deadlines for subsequent payments.
Payment for the course can be made in several installments, the amount and due date of which is specified in the Agreement.
The Participant signs up for the course upon signing the Agreement and paying the deposit, first installment, or full course fee.
Payment can be made by card, cash, or bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the agreement.
All bank charges are borne by the course Participant.
Payment is possible by the following methods: Full payment for the entire course; Payment divided into two parts: the first payment covers 60% of the course costs plus the registration fee and should be made no later than the 2nd day of classes, the second installment, constituting 40% of the total amount, is made according to the deadlines specified in the Appendix to the agreement; Monthly payment (applied if there is no need to obtain visa documents or residence permits).
In the case of installment payments for annual courses, which are used to obtain residence permits or visas, the first payment of 60% of the amount must be made before the start of the course, and the second payment of 40% no later than two months after the start of the course.
In the event of failure to make the second payment, the School reserves the right to exclude the Participant and inform the relevant authorities, including the Consulate or the Foreigners' Office, about the termination of the Agreement.
In the case of monthly payments, the Participant is obliged to make payments on time according to the schedule specified in the Agreement. In case of delay in payments, the School has the right to transfer the matter to an external debt collection company to recover the receivables related to this Agreement.
For Participants joining groups after the start of the course, an individual cost calculation system applies.
In the event of non-compliance with the payment schedule, the Participant may be excluded from the School and lose the right to participate in classes. In such a case, re-registration for the course will be possible only after paying the outstanding payments and paying a penalty fee of PLN 200.
Failure to pay the next installment and cessation of participation in classes do not constitute termination of the Agreement and do not release the Student from the obligations contained therein.
Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined with each other or with any other promotional offers available at the language school.
Discount codes and promotions apply exclusively to group courses offered by the language school.
Discount codes and promotions can only be used when paying the full course fee in a single payment. Promotions do not apply to installment payments.
All discount codes and promotions have a specified validity period, which is indicated when they are provided. After this period, the codes and promotions become invalid.
Each discount code and promotion can be used only once by one course participant, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the promotion.
Discount codes and promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or for other services offered by the language school.
For personalized codes, the discount is only available to the person whose details are on the code. The school reserves the right to verify the identity of the person using the discount code.
The participant has the right to withdraw from the course, incurring specified costs associated with the resignation. The statement of withdrawal from the course must be submitted in writing to the School, by registered mail, or via email to: biuro@together-school.pl.
The costs associated with resignation are deducted by the School from the payments made by the Participant for the course, to which the Participant agrees.
In the event of resignation from the contract no later than 8 days before the start of the course, the Participant is obliged to pay a resignation fes in a fixed amount, constituting 30% of the course value.
In the event of resignation from participation in the course 7 or fewer days before the start of the course, the Participant is obliged to pay a resignation fee in a fixed amount, constituting 40% of the course value.
If the Participant resigns from the contract during the course, they bear all costs associated with the conducted classes, and are also obliged to pay a resignation fee in a fixed amount, constituting 50% of the course value. The classes considered conducted are determined based on the attendance list.
A Participant who has obtained an entry visa to Poland or a residence permit (residence card) based on learning Polish at the School is not entitled to a refund of the funds paid. Additionally, the Participant is obliged to pay the full value of the course.
Termination of the contract during the course occurs with the observance of a full calendar month (following the current one) notice period.
In the event that the Participant did not receive a visa allowing entry to the territory of Poland to participate in the course organized by the School, the School will refund the Participant the amount paid for the course, reduced by 20%. The refund will be made upon presentation of a document confirming the Consulate's negative decision on issuing a visa based on the course.
Payment for a course purchased as part of special school promotions is non-refundable.
The Participant may transfer their course to another person after obtaining written consent from the School. The fee for changing the Participant is PLN 300.
